Cookies and storage

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The tag picker stores its library on the server and includes a trial Buy Me a Coffee support widget.

Your tag library and output settings are saved on the server, not in cookies. The current preview uses one shared library. Your selected tags are temporary page state.

If you export your tag database, your browser downloads a JSON file containing your tag library and output settings to your computer. Once saved, this exported copy stays on your hard drive in your chosen download location until you move or delete it. Later changes to the online library do not update that file.

External services

Public pages use Google Analytics to measure visits and site usage. Analytics may set cookies such as _ga to distinguish browsers and sessions. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Analytics does not load in local previews or on development pages under /dev. See Google’s cookie information for details.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Hosting and security services may process connection information to deliver and protect the site.

The Buy Me a Coffee widget loads third-party scripts and assets when you visit the picker and information pages, and opens its payment panel when selected. That service may use cookies or other storage under its own policies.

Your controls

You can inspect, block, or delete cookies in your browser settings. Deleting cookies or clearing browser data does not delete the shared tag library stored on the server or an exported JSON file saved on your hard drive. You manage and delete exported files yourself.
